Erica Herman’s reason to sue Tiger Woods
According to Radar Online, Herman has felt deeply humiliated by Tiger Woods and this experience is the main reason she decided to collect for her troubles. This law suit is the direct response to the way Tiger treatedHerman during their relationship. In the lawsuit, Herman is demanding $30 million after Woods failed on his promise that she could live in his Florida mansion for a certain number of years. After the couple broke up in 2022, Tiger Woods’ team tricked her into leaving this house and changed the locks. According to the lawsuit, Herman claims Woods breached his oral agreement to provide her with a home as there were 5 years left on the deal.
But the most serious part of this lawsuit is where Erica Herman demands for the signed NDA to be nullified by alleging there could be basis of sexual harassment committed by the golf icon. The claim suggests Woods did this before they were in a relationship and during a time in which Tiger was her boss. The case remains ongoing but it does seem like it is leaning on Tiger Woods’ favor. Herman has a relatively weak case against Tiger, she might get nothing out of it after it’s done. Yet another case of powerful men having their way against less powerful people.
