The most important bodybuilding event in the world is Mr. Olympia, which gathers the best professionals in the world to compete every year for an award that has become increasingly famous since Arnold Schwarzenegger won six consecutive victories between 1970 and 1975.
The contest will have its 60th edition, where impressive athletes will show their strength, physique and hard work to fight for the title of Mr. Olympia at Resorts World Las Vegas, October 10-13, with tickets sold out according to the official website.
The current champion is Derek Lunsford, who will defend his crown obtained in 2023, where he took home $400,000, a purse that has been in force since 2015.
What time does Mr. Olympia 2024 start?
The event kicks off this Thursday, October 10 with some pre-event activities, but the first Mr. Olympia 2024 finals will be Friday, October 11 starting at 9:00 PM ET (6:00 PM local time).
