In the podcast La Ruina, a radio show presented by comedians Ignasi Taltavull and Tomas Fuentes, they always take advantage of a section of each programme to give way to some people to tell their greatest misfortunes.
The impact is greater when the show is performed live in a theatre, as the interactions are much more instantaneous.
This was the case in the last show. A young woman came on stage to speak and nobody imagined the outcome of this story.
A girl called Clara began to explain that one of the jobs she had during her time at university was to take part in a photo shoot.
The problem came when one of those photographs went viral worldwide.
The viral meme
The image became part of internet history, as she appeared in the famous ‘jealous girlfriend’ meme in which her fictional partner turns around to check out another girl.
“My personal Instagram was leaked and I had to stop using social media,” the girl confessed.
“I sold the image rights and only charged for the photo shoot.
“I became good friends with the boy, because we worked together.”
