Formula 1 has already announced the calendar for the 2024 World Championship.
There will be 24 races, one more than this season, as a result of the return of the Chinese Grand Prix.
As has become customary in recent years, Bahrain will be the venue to open the season on March 2. The championship will be extended until December 8, when it will come to an end in Abu Dhabi.
The proposed plan reflects F1’s efforts to address logistical and sustainability issues. They have grouped the races by regions in a more logical manner, especially the Grand Prix in the Middle East.
F1 have moved Japan to April, Azerbaijan to September and is Qatar followed by Abu Dhabi.

Saturday races, the new addition
There will be no major additions, however, the surprise will be in the first two races. In order to accommodate Ramadan, the races in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia will be held on Saturday, thus creating a weekend that will start on Thursday. The same will be true for the Las Vegas GP.
The Spanish Grand Prix has also been postponed until the end of June, after the trip to Canada. Meanwhile, the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix returns after its cancellation and will take place on the third weekend of May.
Elsewhere, the Baku event moves to mid-September and F1 goes to Singapore a week later.
In the final stretch of the season, there will be several changes. There will be a one-month break between September and October.
The break will precede an American tripleheader consisting of Austin, Mexico and Brazil. There will be another two-week stop before the final three rounds: Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
