Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa headline the two sides of Bloodline vs Bloodline who will face off in the main event of WWE Survivor Series: WarGames, which takes place on Saturday night in Vancouver, Canada, in a spectacular five-on-five battle.
Reigns will be joined by The Usos, Sami Zayn and CM Punk to take on the team of The Bloodline (Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu) and Bronson Reed inside a spectacular WarGames structure, a steel cage that encloses two adjacent rings.
The format of this fight stipulates that the fight will begin with one participant from each team and at regular intervals an additional contender will be added until all 10 are inside the structure. From that point on, the winning team will be determined by sudden death pinfall or submission.
The background to this rivalry dates back to when Reigns cost Sikoa the undisputed WWE championship at SummerSlam.
But that’s not all, the event also includes three matches, including a women’s division match, which includes almost all of the active women’s champions on the WWE main roster:
Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Bayley, Naomi and Iyo Sky vs. Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton and Candice LeRae. This match adds to the long-running rivalry between Ripley and Morgan for the women’s world championship.
Sky joined the fray after earning a title shot against Morgan, but also the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Belair and Cargill recently set their sights on WWE Women’s Champion Jax.World Heavyweight Championship: Gunther (c) vs. Damian Priest: Priest will look to right his wrong. Gunther stripped Priest of his first reign at SummerSlam, thanks to a betrayal by Priest’s former Judgment Day ally Finn Balor. Priest, meanwhile, defeated Rollins, Sheamus and Dominik Mysterio in a fatal four-way match in November to earn a rematch against ‘The Ring General’ at Survivor Series.
Intercontinental Championship: Bron Breakker (c) vs. Sheamus vs. Ludwig Kaiser: This is a triangular match for the Intercontinental title, between three old acquaintances who have faced and defeated each other.
United States Championship: LA Knight (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura: After Knight defended his title against Berto, Nakamura launched himself in pursuit of an opportunity. A second attack came after Knight retained his belt for the second time. This was the trigger for this clash between the two at Survivor Series.
