Marvel Studios shared on its digital channels the first trailer for Captain America: Brave New World, a story set after the events of the Falcon and the Winter Soldier series. New faces and old acquaintances.
In the first trailer, Marvel fans saw a partial image of who could be the threat of the plot, Red Hulk, the alter ego of Thaddeus Ross, who for years was chasing the Hulk. The villain of the film will be The Leader, who will be played by Tim Blake Nelson, who we saw in The Incredible Hulk, as a former ally of Bruce Banner.
Another return to the Marvel Studios ranks is Liv Tyler, who will once again play Betty Ross, daughter of the president and former romantic interest of Bruce Banner, the Hulk. The cast of Captain America: A New World will include Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, and Carl Lumbly, with Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson, and Harrison Ford. The film is directed by Julius Onah and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore.
The film is scheduled for release on February 13, 2025, and will be the first of three films Marvel Studios has scheduled for release, in addition to Fantastic Four and Thunderbolts.
