Rightfully so, Simone Biles took almost all of the plaudits during the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. As if she needed to prove anything else, the 27-year-old cemented herself as the greatest gymnast of all-time in many fans’ eyes, winning three gold medals and one silver medal.
Whil the veteran dominated in every aspect, a couple of younger members drew the attention of tons of fans. Suni Lee and Jordan Chiles earned millions of fans, as they outperformed expectations and came away with bronze medals of their own – although Chiles’ bronze was stripped away due to a minor error. Chiles is still recovering from that medal being taken away, but she has been showing her class in recent NCAA gymnastics meets. Particularly, on Saturday, when she put together a floor routine that impressed everyone.

Performing with the confidence and pizzazz that has endeared her to so many fans, Chiles delivered in every aspect during her routine. From the dancing to the beat to her incredible flips and landings, it was everything you could have asked for. The commentator mentioned he was “exhausted” just watching the routine.
UCLA is curently competing in the Sprouts Collegiate Quad, with eyes on the final stretch of the season. The Big Ten Championships are on March 22, NCAA Regionals from April 2-6 and the NCAA Championships from April 17-19.
