Mike Tyson, once a fighter under King’s promotion for nearly two decades, revealed the news during an appearance on Cam’ron and Mase’s It Is What It Is podcast. “Don is not doing well right now,” Tyson said. “He’s probably close to 100 years old, he’s not doing well.”
While Tyson and King shared many victories in the ring, their relationship soured in the late ’90s. Tyson sued King for $100 million, accusing him of cheating him out of millions. The lawsuit was ultimately settled out of court for $14 million, and Tyson cut ties with King in the early 2000s.
