Singapore’s Chuando Tan seems to have found the secret of eternal youth, so longed for by everyone on this planet, with which to always stay young and radiant. The image of the Singaporean artist has gone around the world. He is 58 years old, born on 3 March 1966, but looks about 20 to 25 years old.
Chuando Tan began his career as a model in the 1980s, and about 10 years later he entered the world of music, performing pop ballads. All this without much success, which made her turn to her true passion, photography.
And social media took his eternal youth phenomenon viral. A friend of his recommended that he open an Instagram account, where in addition to uploading his professional work, he also posted images of himself, and already has 1.4 million followers.
The photographer and influencer has admitted that a large part of his youthful appearance is due to genetics, but he has also shared his series of routines and care that help him maintain that appearance.

Tan divides his routines and healthy habits into two parts: food and physical exercise (cardio, strength and swimming). He himself has explained on social media the diet he usually consumes, he starts the day with 6 hard-boiled eggs without yolks. At mid-morning he eats lunch, consisting of chicken with rice or grilled vegetables. At lunchtime, he eats fish soup and leaves room for dessert, which is usually ice cream. The Singaporean has given up coffee and tea and now recommends simply drinking lots of water. He usually ends the evening with a salad.
It is true that Tan admits to having had a botox treatment, but insists that it was many years ago. His only treatments are his facial creams and hair dye to hide his “normal” grey hair.
To finish with his habits, the Singaporean gives a lot of importance to his sleep.
