Zara Larsson is a daring woman and his time; the singer has gone a little further and in her promotion of the new album she has worked on taking some striking photos captivating her audiences.
It is her fourth album, named Venus, will be released at the beginning of February, but she is already in full promotion mode. Just look at the pictures she has taken with this sensual nude imitating the Venus de Milo.
She used a shell and her hair to cover the parts that might have got her told off for inappropriate content by social media, but it left everything else on show from the shape of her body to the shine of her legs.
“My VENUS album comes out February 9,” Larsson said in a post to social media. “Love the one you love this Friday! Book if you’re SEXYYYYYYY.”
Why did Larsson post nudes?
She appeared almost nude, testing the censorship code, and she succeeded and got away with it. The artist appears with her hair loose, which is all she needs to avoid the censorship of the social network, and to not show more than she should.
She is not the first artist to resort to these types of snapshots. Lady Gaga in Applause, and specifically in Venus, one of the songs where she had no qualms in recreating Botticelli‘s work of art.
“I wanted to do a little bit of this and a little bit of that,” Larsson said to media. “It’s very much me doing that!
“This album is still pop, but it also has an element of stillness to it. There are definitely songs that are very raw and feel a little naked.
“It’s a little more dynamic: there are songs with a thumping bass, like club songs, but also songs that are just piano and a vocal track. So, I think it’s a little more daring to not be one thing. I wouldn’t say it’s a concept album at all.”
