Next week the League of Legends world championships begin, and the hype for the best League of Legends competition in the world could not be bigger. As we already know, this competition will be held in South Korea,
It is the third time that the Asian country hosts the big event, and expectations are high for a good standard of play.
The Play-In will officially start on Tuesday the 10th, although the World Cup will officially begin with the duel between Team BDS and Golden Guardians on Monday to see which of the two will fight to get into the group stage.
Calendar and schedule of the World Championships
Team BDS and Golden Guardians will open the big Worlds event this Monday at 00:00 am ET, in a duel between the seed 4 of Europe and the seed 4 of NA to play for a place in the Worlds Play-In, which will start the next day and in which we will have only two teams qualified for the main event. The loser of this first BO5 will go straight home.

These first matches between the eight teams will be Best of 3, from which only four teams will be drawn. These four will face each other by seeding in a BO5, which will determine which two teams will finally get into the main event, something we will know on Sunday, October 15.
Teams qualified to Worlds
In the absence of knowing which two teams will complete the group stage in the main event, we already know the other 14 teams that will participate in the big Worlds event, all of which belong to the majority regions.
When is the final and where to watch it online
On Sunday, November 19, we will have a new world champion, or not, after a final that will kick off at 9:00 a.m. and will be played at the Gocheok Sky Dome stadium in Seoul, capital of South Korea.
The World Cup will be broadcast, as always, on the official Twitch channel of the LVP if you want to listen to it in Spanish, while if you prefer to do it in English you will have to do it from the official Twitch channel of Riot Games.
In addition, as has become usual in recent years, Ibai will also have the official images of the competition on his Twitch channel, so he will make a co-stream of many of the matches.
