Celebrities are increasingly staying away from social media and many of them choose to delete their social networks for short periods, this being a way to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the Internet world.
This is the case of actor Chris Evans, who has decided to deactivate Instagram and Twitter.
Why has Chris Evans deleted his Instagram and Twitter?
Days before closing his accounts, the actor posted a message on both social networks to explain why he has done so, as he didn’t want his fans to panic.
The reason is simple: to take a break from social media and give himself some time to himself.
“Hey, everyone. I’m treating myself to a summer with less screen time, so I’m taking a little break from Twitter and IG,” the ‘Ghosted’ star tweeted.
“See you soon! Much love!”

The pressure of social media can often be unbearable. Although their fans give them a lot of praise, negative comments and criticism are also plentiful, and the world of haters is well known.
That is why several celebrities have deactivated their social media in recent years.

The latest global digital report found that people spend on average two hours and 27 minutes a day on social media.
Nigeria, with an average of four hours and seven minutes, and Colombia, with three hours and 46 minutes, are the countries that spend the most time on social media.
