Who is playing in the Peach Bow 2025?
The first-ever College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl will feature the Texas Longhorns vs Arizona State Sun Devils.
The Arizona State-Texas matchup would be their first since the 2007 Holiday Bowl, where the Longhorns defeated the Sun Devils 52-34.
Arizona State clinched their first Big 12 Championship with a decisive 45-19 victory over Iowa State. This marks the Sun Devils’ inaugural CFP appearance and their return to the Peach Bowl after a 54-year absence. Their last visit was in 1970, a dominant 48-26 win over North Carolina.
Texas, seeded fifth, is riding momentum from a stellar SEC season. It will mark their firstPeach Bowl appearance and their second straight CFP trip.

Prices on specialized platforms such as StubHub start at $100 and go up to $150 in the upper section of the Mercedes-Benz stands, including fees. If you want to be close enough to shake hands with the players, you’ll have to shell out around $1,430. Not bad for starting 2025 with a bang.

Peach Bowl Prize Money 2025
The Longhorns will receive $3.5 million for making the quarter finals. This is in addition to the $3 million they received for playing in a first round game. Should the Longhorns make it through to the semi-finals, they will earn another $3.75 million.
As for Arizona State, the Sun Devils will receive the higher of one of two formulas. The first will see them take home $2.3 million for participating and then $464/one-way mile for travel subsidy. The second is $1.9 million to participating, and then $927/one-way mile for travel subsidy.
