Nude photographs of Michael Jackson could be released as two men, Wade Robson, 41, and James Safechuck, 46, allege that the King of Pop repeatedly abused them when they were both children.
According to testimony published by the Daily Mail, the two men claim that Michael Jackson raped them repeatedly during the 1980s and 1990s at various locations, including the Neverland Ranch.
The images could be released because as part of the investigation, which could go to trial as early as 2025, access is being sought for sealed records of the pedophilia charges the singer was accused of in 2005.
According to lawyers for the artist’s production companies, MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures, what is actually being sought are “photographs of Michael Jackson’s genitals and body that were taken by police”.
This would be because authorities often ask victims of sexual abuse and assault to describe parts of the offender’s body, which is why these images would be requested, although the content of the images is unknown at this time.

Wade Robson and James Safechuck are two of the testimonies in the HBO documentary ‘Leaving Neverland’, where the alleged abuses carried out by Michael Jackson are detailed.
Safechuck said he was abused for four years, between 1988 and 1992, while Robson states that in his case it was between 1990 and 1996, with similar testimonies from both.
Both claimed that the artist abused them by performing oral and anal sex on them, justifying his actions with the excuse that they were romantic relationships, something that the aforementioned documentary includes.
