A plastic surgeon reveals Lindsay Lohan‘s new appearance is down to multiple cosmetic operations as the Mean Girls star and model appeared at the Paris Fashion Week in early October.
The 38-year-old rocked a black sequin dress with a leather jacket and pony tale to the event but it was not her clothing that caught the eye at the dress-up gala, it was the difference in her face as fans suspected her decision to sober up made her look younger.
However, Dr Johnny Betteridge, a cosmetics expert, has suggested that she’s had work under the surgeon’s knife to look refreshed as she recovers from failed previous procedures that left her looking aged.
“Look at her face from over a decade ago, we can see signs of over-filling,” Betteridge says on TikTok. “Predominantly in the cheeks and lips, and see how her nose is broader and less defined.
“Fast forward a few years and she has the characteristic features of over-filling where her face looks puffy and has a uniformed look. This is what good surgical and non-surgical work looks like.
“A lot would have gone into this look. There would be some degree of weight loss, dissolving the fillers and then having them done more precisely probably in the mid face, cheeks and lips.
“From a surgical perspective it looks like she has had an upper blepharoplasty’, a procedure that reconstructs the upper eye lid.”

Betteridge also went on to claim that she might have had rhinoplasty done too but praised her for looking more natural in a clip that gained over 100,000 views.
The celebrity looks as though the years have rolled off her, going from looking like someone in her 60s to someone in her late 30s, and regardless of whether she’s had work done via the scalpel or via rehab, she looks a lot healthier now as fans celebrate her.
One user wrote on TikTok, “God she looks tremendous!!!! So happy for her.”
A second added, via Reddit, “I’m glad she’s happy and healthy but a metric f***ton of surgery is not aging like fine wine.”
