Known for her fashion sense, bright and welcoming smile and looking closer to 30 rather than her mid-40s, fans of the Duchess of Cornwall have wondered just exactly what she’s doing to keep her rejuvenated look.
The secret? It’s making sure she eats healthily and ensures she gets her vitamins and minerals in, but according to the woman herself the particular recipe to success is goji berries, costing just 61 cents.
They are known for their sweetness and can serve as an excellent alternate to the sugar-loaded likes of candy and chocolate, as well as offering antioxidants and amino acids to combat the unrelenting passage of time.
Found in UK supermarket ASDA, the product is available in 100g portions working out at 56 pence each (£1.60 per pack). This means the equivalent cost in the United States is 61 cents per portion and $1.97 for pack.
“I used to eat lots and lots of olives when I was little as well,” Middleton told children at the Great Ormond Street Hospital back in 2018, offering another answer to how she rolls back the years.

Scientists also add that goji berries are excellent for the eyes and vision, one of the first senses to deteriorate as someone slowly gets older. On top of that, regular use for middle-aged women can also improve their ability to sleep.
Goji berries are also full of iron, which helps create more blood cells. If you have heavy menstruation leaving you feeling weak, or you feel dizzy when you stand up, they could help fight this off.
But be wary of excessive consumption. Whilst they have healthy benefits, too much can simply be bad for you, particularly if you have conditions such as diabetes or postprandial reactive hypoglycemia.
