Donald Trump was sworn in as the 47th President of the United States on Monday, marking the beginning of his second stint as the nation’s Commander in Chief. Trump has already gotten to work by signing several executive orders, but before he got to it, he held a special inauguration ceremony that was held inside.
In the audience for the inauguration was a who’s who of famous celebrities. Ranging from Elon Musk to Mark Zuckerberg to Jeff Bezos to former Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, there were too many celebrities to count. Even high-profile combat sport athletes Conor McGregor, Jake Paul and Logan Paul showed up. The latter two ended up going viral on social media thanks to the help of comedian Theo Von, who was also in attendance.
Theo Von’s chair collapses in middle of Trump’s inauguration
Von was sitting right in front of the Paul brothers. While Logan was filming, Von’s chair completely collapsed, drawing laughs from people around them and some strange looks from others.
Von got up and ended up sitting in an empty chair between the two Pauls, while exclaiming that the chair that collapsed was courtesy of Kamala Harris. The comedian then asks Logan if he was filming, to which he says “I got it!“.
It’s unclear if it was a prank by Jake and Logan, but it was certainly an embarrassing moment at such an important ceremony for Von. Thankfully, he doesn’t care what anyone thinks.
