New year, new life, they say. IShowSpeed has decided to ignore the saying, and in the new year to continue with its 2024 plan. After visiting Europe and Asia, he has decided to start his tour of Latin America, and he has done so by visiting Colombia.
There he met with WestCol, the biggest streamer in the country today. He took him to Cartagena to get to know the country, and as usual, incredible clips emerged, including his ‘confusion’ with cornstarch.
Speed mistakes cornstarch for cocaine in Colombia
One of the most uncomfortable situations for the streamer on this trip arose when he stopped with a group of Colombians playing baseball. They gave him a few hits with the bats, but the most surreal thing was a confusion they had with the cornstarch.
These ‘hitters’ use, in many cases, cornstarch, or fine corn flour, to get a better grip when using the bat. However, as usually happens with Speed, when he arrived there was a real party in which the cornstarch ended up in the air, falling on everyone, including the streamer.
Speed, who did not know the cornstarch, had a moment of doubt. “What is this, what the fuck, is it cocaine?”, asked the streamer, while the rest of the group, who did not listen to him, celebrated his arrival by pushing and shouting.
Finally the content creator made himself understood, and the Colombians, amused, quickly explained to him what cornstarch was: “We put it in our hands to grab the stick”. Speed still wasn’t very convinced, and decided to look up what that was on his own cell phone, afraid that he was being lied to.

Of course, this has not been the only thing that has happened with Speed in Colombia. As we said, he has met there with WestCol, one of the biggest streamers of the Latin American country. With him he has toured Cartagena, they have made freestyle rapping competition and even dominated.
Obviously the question that Speed likes to ask Speed, if WestCol thought that Cristiano Ronaldo or Leo Messi was better, was not going to be missing either. The Colombian is clear: “Messi is the best, I’m sorry, but Cristiano is already old”.
