UFC legend Anderson Silva is enjoying a period of rest before deciding whether to have one more fight before opting for retirement, and in the meantime, he is promoting his biographical series.
The series is titled Anderson Spider Silva and will premiere in Brazil on November 16 through Paramount, but what surprised mixed martial arts fans was a selfie of the Brazilian fighter, where he looks unrecognizable.
In the photo, Anderson Silva looks a little different, to say the least, as it seems that he relaxed with the rest time and neglected to eat, looking with tremendous cheeks, which failed to hide the beard he left.

Of course, the smile is still present, but some extra kilos are also evident, of a Silva who is already 48 years old and who made his last appearance in a boxing fight that he lost against the youtuber Jake Paul, but in early 2023 he hinted that before retirement he could have one last fight in Japan.
“We are in talks with Japan for a possible last MMA fight in Japan, it makes perfect sense. I started my international career there, so we probably want to finish there as well. Let’s see if that happens,” noted Anderson Silva, who said he was on hold waiting to finish with film work to negotiate about his possible last MMA fight where it all started.
