Pamela Anderson appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live Thursday night to discuss her latest project, The Last Showgirl, and reflect on various highlights and challenges from her career.
During the interview, Kimmel brought up a curious story he had heard about Anderson being hired to attend one of Donald Trump‘s birthday parties. The Baywatch star clarified that it was during her time as a Playboy Playmate.
“When you’re a Playmate, they give you 500 dollars a day to pretty much go anywhere, so I was hired at that time for a birthday party,” Pamela explained.
When Kimmel quipped, “How sad that he has to hire people to come to his birthday party,” Pamela shared a lighthearted laugh with the audience.

Pamela looked stunning in a Chanel black silk top and pants, reminiscent of luxury pajamas, paired with pearl-encrusted black pumps. She kept her signature blonde locks straight with bangs, embodying a refined but relaxed aesthetic.
In her recent Elle interview, Pamela spoke about wanting to evolve her style.
“I want to be a little more polished but not look overdone.”
She also shared some behind-the-scenes details from filming The Last Showgirl. Shot in just 18 days in Las Vegas, Pamela drove down from British Columbia with her assistant.
“I love a road trip.”
The movie was filmed at the Rio Hotel and Casino, and Pamela stayed in a house belonging to an ex-husband. She even invited the girls from the Jubilee show over for homemade vegetable soup.
“When you make a meal together, you get to know each other.”
Despite the Oscar snub, Pamela has been nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role at the upcoming SAG Awards. She’ll compete against Cynthia Erivo (Wicked), Karla Sofia Gascon (Emilia Perez), Mikey Madison (Anora), and Demi Moore (The Substance) at the ceremony on February 23.
“I’m happy for the SAG nomination, that’s [voted on by] your peers. That’s really cool,” she told Elle, embracing the honor of recognition from fellow actors.
