Charlotte Kirk has featured in numerous high-budget films and television series, including Ocean’s 8. However, her name made headlines in March 2019 when she accused former Warner Brothers executive Kevin Tsujihara of coercing her into a sexual relationship. Tsujihara vehemently denied any wrongdoing, asserting that their involvement was consensual.
Kirk is currently embroiled in a legal battle to nullify a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that she contends prevents her from revealing the complete account of her experiences.
According to her, numerous prominent figures in the entertainment industry exploit their positions to manipulate aspiring individuals into engaging in sexual activities, a phenomenon often referred to as the “casting couch.”
Charlotte maintains that significant roles in movies are primarily awarded based on talent and merit. However, when it comes to assigning smaller parts, she suggests that the process can become somewhat sordid.

In her conversation with podcaster James English, she noted that some individuals are unperturbed by such practices, willing to do whatever it takes.
“Some girls don’t care though,” Charlotte said.
“Some girls will do whatever it takes. A lot of these people, these powerful people, they say they want to help you but they don’t.
“They don’t want you to succeed, because if you succeed you have a voice. If you have a voice you’ll out them … they’re scared that you’re gonna tell the truth.
“They don’t want that. They’re sadists. They suppress you. They’ll do the opposite; they’ll say ‘Oh I’ll help you, I’ll do this, and I’ll do that…
“They’re very, very, very bad people there’s a lot of awful awful people in Hollywood.”
