The final of the Copa America 2024 takes place this weekend, when 13 Premier League players will hope to help their nation to international glory.
Argentina and Colombia will go head-to-head at the Hard Rock Stadium in Florida, United States, after they beat Canada and Uruguay in their respective semi-finals.
Manchester City’s Julian Alvarez was on target for Argentina in their 2-0 win on Wednesday, with Lionel Messi scoring the other.
The FIFA World Cup 2022 champions could become the first nation to retain the trophy since Chile, who won the tournament in 2015 and 2016, beating Argentina in both finals on penalties.
Colombia earned a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Uruguay on Thursday, with Crystal Palace’s Jefferson Lerma scoring the only goal of the match.
However, that win came at a cost as Lerma’s club team-mate, Daniel Munoz, was sent off after receiving two yellow cards in the first half. It means the Palace defender will miss the final ,which is a huge blow to Colombia given his contribution in the tournament so far, having scored twice and provided an assist.
Colombia have won the trophy once in their history, in 2001 when they beat Mexico 1-0. It was also the last time they reached the final of Copa America.

PL player guaranteed to win
A Premier League player is guaranteed to win the tournament no matter the result. Argentina have eight PL stars in their squad, while Colombia have five.
Aston Villa and Liverpool both have players in BOTH squads.
Argentina goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez could come in direct contact with Villa team-mate and Colombia striker Jhon Duran, while Liverpool team-mates Alexis Mac Allister (Argentina) and Luis Diaz (Colombia) are likely to do battle in midfield.
Overall, eight Premier League clubs have at least one player in the final, with Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur having the joint-most, with two each.
