The cause of death for famous porn actress Jesse Jane, who was found dead at 43 alongside her boyfriend Brett Hasenmueller in their Moore, Oklahoma home, has been revealed.
TMZ reports that according to the Oklahoma City medical examiner’s office, Jesse Jane, a star in the adult film industry during the early 2000s, died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl and cocaine.
Jesse Jane, born on July 16, 1980, as Cynthia Ann Howell, started her career as a waitress at Hooters and a beauty pageant contestant.
She became one of the biggest stars in the porn industry of her time, debuting with Digital Playground in 2002 and gaining fame in Showtime’s ‘Family Business.’
She achieved massive popularity with the ‘Pirates’ pornographic series, particularly excelling in the sequel ‘Pirates II: Stagnetti’s Revenge,’ a production that cost $8 million and is considered one of the most expensive porn films in history.
Jane also became well-known through her collaborations with Playboy in the shows ‘Night Calls’ and ‘Naughty Amateur Home Videos.’
In 2009, she participated in the CBS documentary ‘Porn: Business of Pleasure,’ which provided an inside look at the real-life experiences within the adult movie industry.
