Former Melbourne and GWS defender Adam Tomlinson has met with West Coast about a third opportunity in the AFL.
The 31-year-old was delisted by the Demons after playing only eight games in 2024.
With the Eagles losing Tom Barrass to Hawthorn and the injury issues constantly suffered by Jeremy McGovern, the club is considering signing key position depth, according to the Herald Sun.
Tomlinson has been a defender for the majority of his 185-game career, but did play forward in his early years at the Giants.

After being given the flick by Melbourne, Tomlinson had signed with North Melbourne’s VFL team for the 2025 season.
The Eagles have also had ex-Saint talent James Van Es and former Gold Coast defender Sandy Brock trialling with the club.
It’s understood the Eagles have one list spot available, although that will likely become two if ACL victim Dom Sheed is moved to the long term injury list.
West Coast open their 2025 AFL season with a home match against the Suns at Optus Stadium on Sunday, March 16.
