Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have been one of the most talked-about couples of the past year, but after both suffering significant losses in their respective careers, fans are beginning to wonder if their relationship will survive the newfound adversity.

With both experiencing professional setbacks, some fans believe Kelce and Swift are now entering the most challenging phase of their relationship. The debate was kicked off when the TikTok user, Ali King, shared a viral video discussing the shift.
“Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are about to enter a new phase of their relationship,” King said on the app. “Because they have only been with each other when they’ve been winning. This year, they both lost. She lost Album of the Year and now he just lost the Super Bowl.
“So now they have to be with each other and see that side; see the losing side of Taylor Swift, see the losing side of Travis Kelce. They don’t know each other as losers, they only know each other as winners.”

Kelce’s reaction to Swift being booed
To add to Kelce‘s rough night, Swift faced an unexpected reception at the Superdome when she was loudly booed by Eagles fans in attendance; despite being a lifelong Eagles supporter before dating Kelce.
Donald Trump even weighed in on the moment, stating that Swift had “a tougher night” than the Chiefs and according to DailyMail.com, Kelce was deeply affected by seeing his girlfriend subjected to such negativity.
“Travis was aware of Taylor getting booed and he felt helpless,” a source told the outlet. “Seeing the look on her face got to him.
“He always protects her and it broke his heart. He was already having a tough night and the fact that the stadium was predominantly Eagles fans didn’t help.”
