In the interview, Swift expressed her discomfort with keeping her romantic life under wraps.
“It all depends on who you’re with. If they have a serious issue with it, then you, I guess, hide or whatever. But I don’t really like that,” she added.
She emphasized her desire for a “normal” romance, expressing frustration with feeling like she’s evading capture.
“It makes me feel like I’m running from the law or something. I don’t want to feel like I’m like a fugitive. Like, ‘Oh, my God, we’re having a relationship. Better put on a mask and stuff,” Swift continued.
Her relationship with Kelce is the opposite to her time with Joe Alwyn
The pop star elaborated on her ideal relationship, emphasizing the importance of a “normal” romance where she could simply live her life freely.
The clip juxtaposed Swift’s words with images of her previous relationship with Joe Alwyn, during which they often shielded themselves from public view. In contrast, footage of Swift with her current boyfriend, Travis Kelce, showed them comfortably enjoying public outings together.
