Believe it or not, Jennifer Lopez is 53 years old. The gorgeous singer and actress must have drunk from the fountain of youth– there’s no other explanation. JLow is the envy of the showbiz world as fans and fellow celebs try to wrap their heads around her incredible physical preservation.
Instagram page ‘people__before’ has left fans stunned after posting a video which displays Lopez’s facial transformation– or even the lack of it-, over the years. The clip shows portraits of the singer, from just two-years-old all the way to the present day.
Social media can’t get over her incredible physical preservation during her adult years, with some even pointing out that, like a fine wine, she’s got even better looking with age.
In a 2021 interview with Elle magazine, JLow revealed that there are five things that keep her young: sleep, sunscreen, serums, supplements, and vivir sano- Spanish for ‘live healthily’.
One of her ‘secrets’ that most surprised fans was the use of olive oil.
“Some of us had drier hair than others, and they’d take out a bottle of olive oil and they’d put it in your hair. Then it would drip down onto your face, and the next day, your complexion looked like you were 10 years old. Even when I was working in the business, and they would be gluing stuff to my head, and hitting me in the face with a fan at 100 miles per hour on movie sets, I’d come home and lather myself in it,” she explained in the aforementioned interview.
