Justin Baldoni’s wife has finally spoken out, and far from what many might think, she did so by showing her full support for her husband in the midst of an ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively, who accused him of sexual harassment.
Emily Baldoni took to Instagram on Friday and posted a family photo of her kissing Justin on the lips with their two children around them near the ocean, TMZ reported.
In the photo, Emily wished Justin a happy birthday after the filmmaker turned 41 on Friday, and described him as her love, husband and father, adding: “I would choose you again and again.”

Clearly, Blake’s accusations against Justin have done little or no damage to his relationship with Emily.
In recent days, it was revealed that Blake filed a federal lawsuit accusing Justin of sexually harassing her, as well as retaliating against her after Lively raised issues about his behavior on the set of the film, “It Ends With Us”. Both starred in the film, and Baldoni was also the director of the film.
After Lively’s legal filings, Baldoni responded with his own lawsuits against the actress, as well as against her husband Ryan Reynolds and the New York Times.
Baldoni accused them of libel, defamation and invasion of privacy, among other things.
Pop star Taylor Swift was also caught up in the legal drama, but was only mentioned in passing and was not named as a defendant in any of the lawsuits.
What are Blake Lively’s allegations against Justin Baldoni?
The actress noted that during the filming of a sequence that seemed romantic, Baldoni touched her inappropriately, which made her feel uncomfortable.
In the complaint, the actress mentioned that the microphones were not on, which left room for confusion about what really happened at that moment.
In a video that surfaced during the week, the two actors are seen smiling and joking, creating a relaxed atmosphere for the romance and flirting scene to flow naturally.
However, the moment Blake Lively points to as the trigger for her complaint comes when Justin Baldoni, without warning, touches her neck and leans towards her in a way that was uncomfortable for Lively.
The actress’ lawyers said Baldoni’s behaviour in touching her and approaching her without warning was not only inappropriate but also violated the agreed choreography for the scene.
