Khloe Kardashian has worked for years to put together her dream home after acquiring a $17 million house in Los Angeles.
The Kardashians star, 39, moved into her new-build in 2021 – constructed on a piece of 10,000 sqft land – and she showed her fans the incredible features inside her luxurious mansion on the show in 2022.
It may be based in Hidden Hills, but Kardashian’s property is difficult to miss when passing by in the ultra-rich region of California. After it took two years to fully construct, Khloe spoke of her relief at seeing her vision come to life.
“It’s just so great to finally see this be a tangible house,” she said. “We’re so excited that this is … where we get to create all our memories … and put our roots down. This is mine.”
Her mom Kris Jenner insisted Khloe used all of her own funds to design and build her home, praising her daughter for her innovative ideas and hard work to make her dream a reality.
“This is something that she did on her own,” the talent manager said. “She paid for everything herself, she organized everything herself, she chose everything herself.

Aside from its main features, which includes eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the mansion also includes a number of bonus features such as a home movie theater, complete with multiple couches and a massive screen.
By her own admission, Khloe admitted she was “overwhelmed” by the sheer size of her closet in an episode of the Kardashians. In the scene, viewers were shown her limitless shoe collection and designer luggage.
There is also a luxury gym where she regularly works out with her children, True and Tatum, and a pantry that her mother’s boyfriend, Corey Gamble, once described as “organised as s***”.
Pictures of the immaculate area show how she has labeled individual glass cookie jars and made space for a baking section at the back of the room.
It seems Khloe would agree, admitting her creation was ‘f***ing amazing’, as she enjoys spending her years with her family in the enormous LA-based mansion.
