Boxing legend Mike Tyson terrorized heavyweight opponents in the ring for years, with the powerful combination of a body shot to an uppercut paving the way to sporting glory.
“Iron Mike” reigned as the undisputed world heavyweight champion from 1987 to 1990, becoming the youngest boxer ever to hold a heavyweight title, which he did at 20 years old. Tyson was the first heavyweight to simultaneously hold the WBA, WBC and IBF titles.
Tyson’s accolades inside the ring are well-documented — as are his relationships outside of it. His marriages have been quite public due to his fame, including a couple that ended in sour fashion. His seven children, though, have been more protected from the spotlight.

Robin Givens (m. 1988-1989)
Tyson married actress Robin Givens on Feb. 7, 1988, but the marriage lasted just a year. The two separated on Feb. 14, 1989, and did not have any children together.
Givens said that she was subjected to physical and emotional abuse during her marriage to Tyson.
Monica Turner (m. 1997-2003)
Tyson married Monica Turner in 1997 and spent five years together before divorcing in 2003. The pair have two children together — Amir and Ramsey.
Turner claimed that Tyson committed adultery during their marriage. She said in a lawsuit that it is an act that “has neither been forgiven not condoned.”
At the time of the divorce filing, Turner was working as a pediatric resident at Georgetown University Medical Center.
Lakiha Spicer (m. 2009)
Tyson’s third and current wife is Lakiha Spicer. The two married in 2009 and have two children together — Milan and Morocco.
The two first met when Spicer was 18. Per The Sun, Tyson’s then-promoter, Don King, introduced them. But they did not start dating until she was 23 years old.
Spicer owns a clothing boutique and also co-wrote the Broadway-turned-TV special “The Undisputed Truth,” a one-man show performed by Tyson based on his life.
“I’m very happy me and my wife got together because I don’t know how I would have survived out there,” Tyson said to The New York Post. “I’m just happy I got involved with her. It’s truly a life-saving experience.”

Mikey Lorna Tyson
Mikey Lorna Tyson is the boxer’s oldest child. After Tyson split from Givens, he began dating Kimberly Scarborough, and daughter Mikey was born to the pair in 1990.
Mikey has largely stayed stayed away from the spotlight despite the popularity of her father. She is in the music industry and related a new single, “Love Me Again,” in October 2024.
Ramsey Tyson
Ramsey Tyson is Mike Tyson’s second child, born in 1996 to Tyson and his second wife, Monica Turner.
Ramsey is nonbinary and transmasculine and goes by they/them pronouns. They work in the film industry, and Ramsey was a part of the production crew for “Joker” and “The Death and Life of Marsha P. Johnson.”
Amir Tyson
Amir, the second child of Mike and Monica Turner, was born in 1997.
He followed his footsteps of his father into the sporting industry, but he uses a microphone instead of boxing gloves. He is a sports commentator and will play a role in Tyson’s fight against Jake Paul on Nov. 15.
In addition to working as a commentator, he started a clothing brand in 2017 called Debonair Attire.
Miguel Tyson
Miguel is Mike Tyson’s first child with former girlfriend Sol Xochitl. Born in 2002, he is a musician that specializes in the drums and piano.
Exodus Tyson
Exodus is the second child of Mike Tyson and Sol Xochitl. She was born in 2004, but she died in a tragic accident in 2009 at the age of 4.
The cord of a treadmill at Tyson’s home in Phoenix became tangled around Exodus’ neck, strangling her. Exodus was placed on life support after the accident and died on May 26, 2009.
“Somehow, she was playing on this treadmill, and there’s a cord that hangs under the console; it’s kind of a loop,” police sergeant Andy Hill said at the time. “Either she slipped or put her head in the loop, but it acted like a noose, and she was obviously unable to get herself off of it.”
Milan Tyson
Milan, who is 15 years old, was born to Mike Tyson and Lakiha Spicer in 2008. She is a tennis player and plans to turn pro in 2025, Tyson said during the Netflix documentary to promote his 2024 fight with Jake Paul.
Despite her age, Milan has already grown into an entrepreneur. She started an activewear line in 2021 called Milan Miyla, which is a “brand that celebrates diversity of all shapes, sizes, and colors.”
Morocco Tyson
Morocco, the second child of Tyson and Spicer, was born in 2011. The 13-year-old’s parents have posted photos of their son participating in various sports over the years, but we’ll have to wait and see if he follows in his famous father’s footsteps.
