Super Bowl 59 will be broadcast live from Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, on Sunday, February 9. The Chiefs and Eagles will rematch the Super Bowl 57 match as Kansas City looks for a three-peat.
This year’s Super Bowl will air on Fox. The NFL’s biggest game of the year tends to rotate between CBS, FOX, NBC and ABC. Fox is hosting this year, and NBC will air Super Bowl 60 next year.
Fox airing the game also means that they are in charge of bringing in a broadcast team. Here is who Fox has tapped to be in the broadcast booth and on the sidelines for Super Bowl 59.

Super Bowl 2025 announcers
Tom Brady is heading back to the Super Bowl. No, he didn’t unretire for the second time. This time, the future Hall-of-Famer will call the game in the broadcast booth. He will be the featured analyst, while his broadcast partner, Kevin Burkhardt, will handle the play-by-play. Brady has vastly improved this season since taking his place in the broadcast booth and gets a chance to really show off in New Orleans.
Brady and Burkhardt won’t be alone. Fox will deploy two sideline reporters for the Super Bowl. Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi haven’t decided which of them will be on which sideline, but they will both be near the action to give Brady and Burkhardt the latest news and updates from players or coaches.

Why is Tom Brady calling the Super Bowl?
When he retired, Brady signed a 10-year, $375 million deal with Fox, making him the highest-paid sports commentator ever. The quarterback officially wrapped up his playing career in 2022 and was scheduled to join the broadcast booth in 2023. Ultimately, he decided to wait a season before getting into the booth and began his broadcasting career in 2024.
Who is Kevin Burkhardt?
Burkhardt is Fox’s lead play-by-play announcer for its NFL coverage and also the lead studio host for Fox Major League Baseball. He got his start in radio, working for WGHT in New Jersey. Burkhardt then got an opportunity to join the Mets’ broadcast booth in 2007. He started calling football in 2009 and worked for Compass Radio Network and America’s Team Radio until 2013. That year, he started calling NFL games on Fox and hasn’t looked back.
Other Super Bowl 59 broadcasters
Erin Andrews
Andrews started as a freelancer with Fox Sports Florida in 2000. She spent the next three years covering the Tampa Bay Lightning, Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Thrashers and Atlanta Hawks for the Sunshine Network or Turner South.
Andrews landed with ESPN in 2004. She started in hockey but very quickly transitioned to college football. She was there for eight years, and in 2012, she left ESPN to join Fox Sports. Andrews has been with Fox/Fox Sports ever since and has moved into a sideline role for its best NFL game of the week.
Mike Pereira
Periera will serve as the game’s rules analyst. The referees won’t use him, but anytime the broadcast booth wants clarity on a call, he will chime in. He has been a rules analyst with Fox Sports for the last 14 years, and some affectionately call him “Mikey Rule Books.”
Pereira spent 14 years officiating college football and then two seasons in the NFL. He was promoted to the NFL supervisor of officiating in 1998 and then held front-office roles related to officiating until he retired in 2009.
Tom Rinaldi
Rinaldi began as a reporter for CNN, but then joined ESPN in 2003. He has done a little bit of everything in his career. Rinaldi has provided coverage of tennis, golf, football, basketball and soccer. After being at ESPN for 17 years, Rinaldi left the company and joined with Fox Sports to cover major sporting events like the World Cup, Super Bowl, NFL games and big college football games.
