A property located in the Bugatti Residences in Dubai’s Business Bay, which is valued at $54.5 million. The news has been confirmed by Muhammad Binghatti, the developer of the building. It is a mansion with all the luxuries that can be expected for this high cost.
“Our collaboration with Bugatti is aimed at offering a unique and exclusive living experience. We wanted to create a space that not only reflects luxury, but also a sense of pride and distinction for its owners,” said Muhammad Binghatti.

This project, still under construction, is the only one related to the luxury car brand. The building will have 182 residences and will feature a private car lift, an exclusive private pool with panoramic views of downtown Dubai, an exclusive gym and a beach inspired by the French Riviera.
This is not Neymar’s only recent purchase, as last month he bought land in the coastal area of Miami, specifically in the Bal Harbour region. It was a $26 million investment that sparked rumors about a possible move to MLS.
