The first-round NFL Draft order for April 24 is almost set. Four more teams were eliminated from the 2025 playoffs in the divisional round, officially locking in picks No. 1-28 ahead of the conference championship games.
Of course, offseason trades can (and will) happen, which will further shake up the order, but that’s another worry for another post-Super Bowl day.
Here’s looking at the updated projections for all the teams who know where they’ll be picking — for now — on Day 1.

NFL Mock Draft 2025
1. Tennessee Titans 3-14
- Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado (6-1, 185 pounds)
The Titans will be urged to draft a quarterback with this pick, but they could also use cornerback help after both Chidobe Awuize and Roger McCreary struggled in coverage. They could use a little more big-play flash at wide receiver to help Calvin Ridley, as well. Hunter has the big defensive game they need along with high-impact WR energy as a unique, Heisman-winning talent.

2. Cleveland Browns 3-14

Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State (6-3, 250 pounds)
The Browns can also think about quarterback and wide receiver, but Carter makes sense, too, to help give them a disruptive pass-rushing freak to put opposite Myles Garrett in Jim Schwartz’s defense. Carter provides that element well and can also be an asset blowing up some run plays. He made a quick decision to leave the Nittany Lions, and it will pay off big time.
3. New York Giants 3-14
- Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado (6-2, 215 pounds)
There are reports of Sanders falling off some teams’ first-round boards because of how he played at the end of the Buffaloes’ season, changing the narrative on his entire body of work as a clutch, accurate downfield passer. But there’s no indication that the Giants are one of those teams, with reports to the contrary reflecting their growing desire for Sanders to shine in returning coach Brian Daboll’s offense. New York has set itself up for getting a “prime-time” franchise QB, and that aligns with being a desired destination for Deion’s son.
4. New England Patriots 4-13
- Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona (6-5, 210 pounds)
The Patriots are transitioning to a new offense under Mike Vrabel and must make it a high priority to get Drake Maye a clear alpha option in the passing game. McMillan can be his version of Mike Evans — a big, vertical threat who can also come through in the red zone.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars 4-13
- Will Campbell, OT, LSU (6-6, 323 pounds)
The Jaguars need to prioritize upgrading the pass protection for Trevor Lawrence in their brand-new offense after moving on from Cam Robinson. Campbell is just a solid all-around blocker and offers a sturdy foundation to be their long-term starter. Jacksonville doesn’t have many glaring needs, but this position is one of them.
6. Las Vegas Raiders 4-13
- Cam Ward, QB, Miami (6-2, 223 pounds)
The Raiders may or may not want to land Sanders, but they should be more than fine with Ward with the right new coaching staff that will take advantage of his dual-threat potential. Las Vegas has tried to bridge this position with veterans and limited investment, but it’s time to splurge on a first-rounder with part-owner Tom Brady now involved.

7. New York Jets 5-12
- Mason Graham, DT, Michigan (6-3, 318 pounds)
The Jets have Quinnen Williams but could use another dominant, explosive player on the inside. Graham was a consistent, intimidating force for the Michigan defense and should make a smooth rise to remain productive right away vs. the pass and run.
8. Carolina Panthers 5-12

Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas (5-11, 190 pounds)
The Panthers can do well for themselves by going with the best defensive player available after some historic issues stopping the run, containing the pass, and giving up points. But they also need to keep pushing Bryce Young forward with a speedy big-play threat, and it helps that he has a good previous rapport with Bond from Alabama.
9. New Orleans Saints 5-12
- Will Johnson, CB, Michigan (6-2, 202 pounds)
The Saints need to reboot at cornerback with Marshon Lattimore gone and injuries piling up at the position. Johnson has a lot of appeal with size made to handle most bigger wide receivers. He is good enough to develop into a shutdown cover man early in his career.
10. Chicago Bears 5-12
- Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas (6-4, 324 pounds)
The Bears saw Caleb Williams get sacked 68 times during his rookie season, and the pressure was even hotter on him all season long. Banks was reliable protecting Quinn Ewers and Arch Manning with the Longhorns and should be a rock right away on the left side.
11. San Francisco 49ers 6-11

Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan (6-3, 339 pounds)
The 49ers had a liability on the edge away from Joey Bosa and also were hurting defensively without a push inside. Grant has been rising up boards, getting more attention along with the can’t-miss Graham for what he did to improve in his final college season with his strength and relentlessness.
12. Dallas Cowboys 7-10

Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State (5-9, 215 pounds)
The Cowboys can’t mess around with this position after not doing much to address it last offseason. Ezekiel Elliott is gone again, which should remind them it’s time to reach for a special back in the first round for the first time in nine seasons. Jeanty will deliver as a dynamic, explosive workhorse in their new offense.
13. Miami Dolphins 8-9
- Malaki Starks, S, Georgia (6-1, 205 pounds)
The Dolphins may not be able to retain star safety Jevon Holland and must give Jalen Ramsey some playmaking help for their secondary in general. Starks is a stat-sheet stuffer all over the field with the way he cleans up everything vs. the pass and run.
14. Indianapolis Colts 8-9
- Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan (6-5, 245 pounds)
The Colts haven’t had a top tight end target in a while, going back to the Andrew Luck days. They should love Loveland’s potential in that capacity to be a field-stretching option in the mold of Philadelphia’s Dallas Goedert for offensive-minded Shane Steichen, a former Eagles’ coordinator. Loveland can be a key complement to Michael Pittman Jr., Alec Pierce, and Josh Downs should the team stick with Anthony Richardson.
15. Atlanta Falcons 8-9

Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M (6-4, 285 pounds)
The Falcons are back to needing more pass-rush pop, as their lack of a pressure defense caused them to move on from coordinator Jimmy Lake under Raheem Morris. Jeff Ulbrich worked with some better pass rush help with the Jets and can get the best out of Scourton.
16. Arizona Cardinals 8-9
- Mykel Williams, DT, Georgia (6-5, 265 pounds)
The Cardinals need to get more inside disruption for defensive-minded coach Jonathan ‘Gannon. If both Graham and Grant are off the board, the pure power of Williams should be plenty appealing.
17. Cincinnati Bengals 9-8

Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri (5-11, 208 pounds)
The Bengals need to make a call on whether to re-sign Tee Higgins, as they also need to lock up triple-crown winner Ja’Marr Chase with the biggest WR contract in NFL history. Higgins connects well with Joe Burrow, but he might be pricey and can be replaced with the more Tyler Boyd-like Burden as the No. 2.
18. Seattle Seahawks 10-7
- Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama (6-2, 225 pounds)
The Seahawks might shock a few observers by taking a quarterback in the first round despite still having Geno Smith playing rather well, but they are looking for a more reliable downfield passing game after dismissing one-and-done offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb. Milroe played for Grubb’s former Washington coach Kalen DeBoer at Alabama to finish his college career. With his off-the-charts athleticism and arm talent, Milroe can develop to add dynamic elements to the new offense.
19. Denver Broncos 10-7
- Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State (6-6, 260 pounds)
The Broncos haven’t had a big-time receiving tight end in a while. Warren can take over games receiving with his size, strength, and athleticism, which also are key assets in run blocking and wrinkle plays. He would be the ideal intermediate target for Bo Nix as a potential new Jimmy Graham for Sean Payton and Joe Lombardi.
20. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 10-7
- Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia (6-2, 245 pounds)
The Buccaneers know that Lavonte David is a 34-year-old pending free agent, and K.J. Britt struggled plenty all-around next to him inside. Should Todd Bowles remain their coach, he needs to line up David’s successor to better help Tampa’s tackling range and coverage. Walker’s versatility would be a huge asset for the Bucs’ 3-4 scheme.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers 10-7
- Quinn Ewers, QB, Texas (6-2, 204 pounds)
The Steelers can’t try to piecemeal quarterback again after getting familiar limited results from Russell Wilson and Justin Fields. They need someone with a strong arm who plays well off the run and also can supplement that run with his own athleticism at times. Ewers checks the boxes with his experience and upside, and he should pan out much better than 2022 first-rounder Kenny Pickett.
22. Los Angeles Chargers 11-6
- James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee (6-5, 243 pounds)
The Chargers awaiting Khalil Mack’s decision about his future as a pending free agent who turns 34 in February. Joey Bosa needs to be boosted by a freakish pass-rushing bookend such as Pearce, who can at least be productive in special packages, if not straight up as Mack’s replacement.
23. Green Bay Packers 11-6

Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State (6-1, 205 pounds)
The Packers need to get a true No. 1 wide receiver who can be available more than their current, oft-injured core of youngsters. Egbuka is a typical Buckeyes WR technician who has the route running, hands, and quickness to become another Terry McLaurin.
24. Minnesota Vikings 4-3
- Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame (6-0, 190 pounds)
The Vikings need to get more active in their outside coverage, and Morrison, who is shelved for the national championship game with a hip injury, can fill that void. Morrison should be fully healthy ahead of the draft, and his size and strength would be a welcome asset for the defense, regardless of coordinator.
25. Houston Texans 10-7
- Donovan Jackson, OT, Ohio State (6-4, 320 pounds)
The Texans need to consider some guard help, too, but after seeing how much right tackle Blake Fisher struggled this past season in front of C.J. Stroud, right tackle is turning into a key need. Some think Jackson needs to kick in inside after starring at left tackle in Columbus with his mauling run-blocking nature, but he also is proving he can play outside in the NFL.
26. Los Angeles Rams 10-7

Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota (6-6, 330 pounds)
The Rams need to get a little younger to upgrade their pass protection, and left tackle will become a priority with Alaric Jackson and swing backup Joe Noteboom as pending free agents. Ersery has enough upside to be a long-term option with an awesome foundation of power and athleticism in his massive frame.
27. Baltimore Ravens 12-5
- Tre Harris, WR, Ole Miss (6-2, 205 pounds)
The Ravens have drafted four wide receivers in the first round since 2015, including current key targets Rashod Bateman and Zay Flowers, but their depth will need addressing. They could use a strong, reliable wideout to give them some more go-to scoring pop beyond the tight ends.
28. Detroit Lions 15-2
- Jack Sawyer, EDGE, Ohio State (6-5, 260 pounds)
The Lions need to rev up the pass rush, and Sawyer has the kind of relentless motor that Dan Campbell craves. The Cotton Bowl hero has seen his stock rise in recent weeks, but he would be a big boost to Detroit’s middling defense opposite former college rival Aidan Hutchinson.
