In the 2000s it was Rihanna, in the ’90s it was Britney Spears, in the ’80s it was Madonna, and now it’s me,” she said.
Of course, she’s not going to let that get her down: “It’s totally regressive. It’s like those who want to shame someone don’t comment when I talk about self-care or body positivity or heartbreak, which are normal things that a 25-year-old goes through. They just want to talk about the sexual side of my performances,” Sabrina told The Sun.

Throughout the week, Mike Stock continued to attack Sabrina Carpenter for her outfits: “Women have won all their freedoms and their rights, they’ve fought for everything they’ve got and now they’re wasting it, that’s how I see it. It’s crazy. If you want respect, don’t come in a thong,” was the unfortunate comment.
