Adult film star Sophia Leone has passed away and becomes the third female adult star recently to pass away.
The 26-year-old was found unresponsive in her apartment on March 1, with the news being announced by her family.
The police have been investigating her death and her stepfather started a GoFundMe page to try and raise money for her memorial service.
According to her IMDb page, Sophia Leone was born on June 10, 1997 in Miami, USA and had starred in over 80 films after venturing into the adult entertainment industry at 18.

Modelling agency 101 Modeling in a post on X said: “Our hearts are broken by the untimely and tragic passing of our beloved Sophia Leone. A beautiful spirit who touched many of us. RIP sweet angel and know how much we loved you. A GoFundMe has been started for her family.”
Brian Berke, who runs Leone‘s Florida-based agency, AMA Modeling, expressed his heartbreak over Leone‘s death: “At 18 years old you started with me at AMA and now at 26 I have to say goodbye. We had such an Amazing Bond. Always reminding each other how much we cared. I was supposed to be your guardian angel. A piece of me is gone. I love you, Sophia,” Berke wrote on X.
Another death in the industry
In February, prominent female porn star Kagney Linn Carter passed away at the age of 36. Her body was found at her residence in Parma, Ohio.
Additionally, in January, Jesse Jane, a well-known adult film actress, passed away at 43 years old due to a drug overdose, as per reports.
