The bout between the lineal and WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury, and the WBO, IBF, and WBA champion, Oleksandr Usyk, will take place at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The bout aims to crown the first undisputed heavyweight champion in the four-belt era.
Fury, 35, from Manchester, England, is coming off a lackluster performance against former UFC champion Francis Ngannou in a boxing match in October.
Originally scheduled for February 17 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the fight was postponed due to Fury suffering a cut during sparring earlier that month.
Prior to this, they were in negotiations for an April 2023 fight at Wembley Stadium in London, which fell through at the last minute.
The last undisputed heavyweight champion in the three-belt era was Lennox Lewis from 1999-2000.
The winner of Fury vs Usyk will become the sixth fighter in 45 years to be named the undisputed heavyweight champion.
