In recent days, there has been talk about the possibility that she and former US President Barack Obama had a relationship that put the Obamas’ marriage at risk, which led the Friends actress to take definitive action.
Aniston experienced years ago the rumors of infidelity of her then husband Brad Pitt, so she knows that keeping silent in the face of rumors of a relationship with a married man, could only aggravate the situation.
The news came to light after it was revealed that the 63-year-old is going through a tense time in his marriage with former First Lady Michelle, 61.

“She barely knows Obama, let alone dating him. She told her friends that after all these years in the spotlight, this has to be the strangest gossip she’s ever heard about herself,” the source said in remarks published by Radar On Line.
“She really doesn’t know how people come up with these things out of thin air. More than being worried about it, she’s totally baffled. However, Jen is upset with Michelle because she’s seen stories about the Obamas’ marriage being in ruins, and she knows firsthand what it’s like to be at the center of stories like that,” the source added.

Aniston and Pitt ended their marriage in 2005 after Brad met Angelina Jolie on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
Brad and Angelina’s relationship allegedly began when the actor was still married to Jennifer, and she is now said to have been concerned when rumors surfaced of the former president’s apparent obsession with the actress.
“Jen’s name keeps popping up when people talk about Barack. It doesn’t mean something is happening, but maybe he wants it to happen.”
Another source close to the former president said that “Barack is ready to move on and so is Michelle. She has sacrificed a lot for him over the years and is finally putting herself first.
“They are already separated and living apart. Divorce will come later and quietly. For them, admitting failure is quite humiliating,” the source said.
Aniston’s longtime representative Stephen Huvane further denied the rumors, calling them “a complete fabrication” and insisting that Aniston “barely knows him”.
While Aniston, 55, once commented on Jimmy Kimmel’s show about her relationship with the Obamas: “I met him once. I know Michelle better than him.”
